Since 1994 MANUKA HONEY USA has been importing Manuka Products from New Zealand. We ship all our Manuka Products to thousands of happy customers world-wide. During the first 9 years of our business, we operated a honey retail store on the Central Oregon Coast, serving both retail customers as well as online surfers. In 2003 MANUKA HONEY USA relocated to sunny Orlando Florida. We no longer have a retail location. However, we continue to ship our Manuka Products world-wide from our Orlando Warehouse. (There is no public access to our warehouse - all orders are shipped daily world-wide).

Enjoy our friendly, professional, fast and reliable service with which we process your online and phone orders. Your prepaid orders will be processed usually within 24-72 hours and shipped by UPS within the United States or US Mail for international orders. We accept VISA, MASTER, DINERS, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS, bank or postal money orders. We do NOT accept personal or business checks..

All orders are processed with attention to detail, well packed, taped and labeled to insure safe transportation. If you should still find that your package arrived partially damaged, keep the package for UPS Inspection, report the damage to UPS first by calling  1-800 pick UPS (742 5877) and then call us Toll-Free at 1-800 395 2196, and we will re-send the damaged portion of your order within a week that it has been reported to us. Also refer to our section 'Company Policy'. Absolutely no refunds of any kind after 30 days.
