How to apply Manuka Oil for Eczema

In the morning and evening: Wash skin with Manuka Propolis or Royal Jelly Soap (or your regular cleanser) and warm water. Apply Manuka Oil to the skin. Manuka Oil is very easy to apply and usually you will not need a lot of oil to cover the skin.
